Our Hassle-Free 7-Day Return Policy

At Zarhas, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy! If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you have 7 days from the day it arrives to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To get started with your return, email us at zarhasofficial@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ll Make It Right!

We take great care to ensure your order is perfect. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate most returns, certain items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

Easy Exchanges

Want something different? The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Quick & Reliable Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
